Western Institute of Technology offers Bachelor Preparatory Programme to those students who wish to do Bachelor's Degree but do not have the essential qualifications of having passed 10+2. In the absence of such a qualifying certificate these students are deprived of higher education. To enable such students to enter higher education stream IGNOU has designed this programme.

The Programme consists of three courses among they have to take any two.
Preparatory Course in General mathematics-OMT-101
Preparatory course in Social Sciences-OSS-101
Preparatory Course in commerce-PCO-101

None of the above course is compulsory. However, it is recommended that if you propose to study for B.Com degree in future, then you should take PCO-101.If you wish to do BA or BTS then you should take OSS-101.The second course in both the cases will depend on your choice and inclination.
